Honesty, integrity and respect are some of Fortify’s core values, and Fortify expects that all employees will be guided by these values in dealing with each other and when conducting business on behalf of the company.
Privacy Policy
Private conversations in regards to employment, or Fortify as a business, need to be held in private and not in front of the public ear or eye. Conversations travel and the guest should only experience Fortify in the most positive aspect possible.
In Fortify Wellness, conversations at the front-desk should be of a neutral matter. When other guests are waiting or patients are currently in the front two rooms, sound travels throughout, so any conversations involving sensitive matter should be done quietly in a spare and private room. Patient privacy is of crucial importance and when working in Wellness you may come across charts, documents for signing and practitioners needing to collaborate on a client’s health care plan and as such, discretion must always be taken in these situations.
