Our cancellation policy states we require 48 hours notice for all cancellations otherwise a fee of 50% the scheduled visit will be collected.
We understand things come up, talk with the client and see their reasoning for the late cancellation. If it is out of their control, show grace and explain the policy for next time. If they "forgot" or no-showed, we will be collecting the cancellation fee. Ask for a credit card over the phone if one is not already stored on file.
To collect the cancellation fee, select "No-Show" if they failed to show up to the visit or "Cancellation 50%" if it was within 48 hours and collect payment.
Please make a note on guest profiles for all cancellations.
