All our practitioners (excluding massage therapists) offer their services virtually via Telehealth. Clients booked for Telehealth sessions will automatically be emailed a link to the video a couple hours before the scheduled start time.
A couple hours before the scheduled start time, the Wellness Assistant is to call the client to ensure they received their video link and to walk them through the process to ensure a smooth visit with the practitioner.
During this call, please not the following:
If they have not received the email link, it can be re-sent by clicking the appointment on the schedule and clicking "Re-Send Email Invitation"
Ensure they are using the Chrome Browser if possible (Jane works most efficiently with Chrome, not Safari, etc.)
Ask they find a quiet, private space with a strong wifi connection where they will feel comfortable and at ease during the visit
Collect a credit card to add on file for easy billing upon completion
