Making clients feel comfortable in the Fortify space begins before they even make it to their first appointment!
Ways to ensure everyone feels confident and prepared for their visit includes:
1) Meet and Greets are a great tool for clients to learn more about our practitioners space. If anyone calls or walks in with questions, do your best to answer their inquiries and learn about the modalities that interest them. It is always a great idea to recommend a free meet and greet with one (or many) of our practitioners to learn more about how their services can help!
2)Providing clients with an online intake form at the time of booking all initial assessments to prepare themselves and the practitioners
3) If booking a visit with one of our naturopathic doctors, inquire if there is any blood work we need to acquire for their visit. If so, send the authorized release of records form (if not already saved to profile, send to patient and instruct to fill out whenever they have a moment in order for us to receive to those labs)
4) First time Telehealth appointments require an extra level of care. Scan the schedule and pick out any Telehealth appointments, go into their appointment history to see if this is their first or if they are a Telehealth pro. A couple hours before the schedules appointment time, call first time Telehealth patients and walk them through the process.
