Employee Evaluations
We believe in strong communication and clear guidelines. The team and the people we surround ourselves with can only thrive when they have clear boundaries and goals to achieve. Casual team and one-on-one reviews along with goal setting sessions will occur upon request over the course of regular business hours. Employment reviews will occur annually with regard to professional development and personal goal setting. The focused nature of this review should be met with an open discussion on how Fortify management can help and guide the individual employee to achieve their goals.
Staff Meetings
Each element of Fortify will have focused meetings detailing the needs and changes within their own departments. Collective staff meetings will happen every 3-6 months to give the Fortify team as a whole a chance for communication, goal setting and an open format to discuss needs and concerns as a group.
Each modality in the clinic will meet as a group for a “breakout session” monthly for team collaboration, case consultation and communication purposes
