Tasks should be dealt with in the following order:
1) Guests in the clinic
Clients in for appointments (assisting practitioners, answering questions, booking appointments, calling for labs, etc.)
Answering phone calls and emails
2) Client Prep
Scheduling test kit pickups
Sending ARORs, calling clinics, uploading labs results to patient charts, calling patients (practitioner requests, changes to appointments, guest retention, etc.)
3) Clinic Operations
1) Maintaining clinic tidiness
2) Inventory
3) Other tasks (ARR, retention reports, invoice scanning, etc.)
