Shayla Livingstone
Practices Family Therapy for adults, adolescents (12+), individuals, and multiples
Works alongside clients to explore their own values, focus on the here-and-now, and the journey towards observing thoughts without being ruled by them
Utilizes both acceptance and change based strategies to overcome challenges and help clients respond to uncontrollable experiences
Works alongside parents whose children are struggling with mental health concerns and provides additional support through family and individual sessions
