Our naturopathic doctors provide their clients with a prescription for all recommended supplements.
Steps for fulfilling prescriptions:
1) Walk client over to shop after their visit
2) Search their name on the iPad and pull up their profile (or create new one if this is their first visit)
3) Search each item in library and add quantity to their ticket
4) Find item in cupboards
5) Collect payment and provide receipt
Item out of stock?
No fret, we get shipments in weekly! In order to hold an item we require the payment to be processed. Add item to ticket, collect payment and put receipt aside with out of stock item highlighted, this will prompt us to reach out as soon as the item is in stock!
If they do not want to process payment for out of stock items we can let them know we will call as soon as the item becomes available but unfortunately it is first come first serve. Create a new ticket for the out of stock items, print it and put it on the counter.
Other info about our supplements:
Only patients of our NDs can purchase the supplements that are store in the shop cupboards as they require a prescription (items on the shelf do not require a prescription and are therefore available to the general public)
Prescriptions are stored on the patient's shop profile by adding the photo as a file to their profile. This allows them to easily come back for refills
