Fortify is committed to continuously improving health and safety for you and the environment around you.

Alcohol and Drug Usage

Fortify is committed to providing an alcohol and drug free working environment. This policy covers all employees and prohibits any use of, or being under the influence of, alcohol or mood-altering drugs while on duty.

Employees suspected to be under the influence of alcohol or mood-altering drugs while on duty will be sent home from their shift. The matter will be fully investigated by Management and may lead to corrective action up to, and including, termination of employment.

Smoking Policy

Smoking is not permitted in or within a nine meter radius surrounding any Fortify entrance or exit or any area on Fortify property visible to guests.
