Once the visit has wrapped up, practitioners will walk their client back up to the wellness desk what they will provide further instruction.
Practitioners will provide the following:
1) Follow-up recommendations (type of visit and frequency)
2) Referrals to other team members (as they see fit)
3) Further instruction for bloodwork, advanced testing, etc.
4) Supplementation (NDs)
It is then the Wellness Assistant's job to implement these actions. It is always best to get a follow-up into the schedule after the visit and move it around later down the road if need be. Talk to them about booking a meet and greet with anyone they may have been referred to, if they choose not to this time, make a note on their chart so it can be discussed again next time. Collect payment and ask how they prefer their statement (email or print) and walk them over to shop for supplements (if applicable)
