Adding Items

Patient's are more than welcome to enjoy food and/or drinks at in the clinic! Simply select the "Add Item" button under "Billing Info", search and select the desired item and it will be added to their balance for one easy transaction.

Don't forget to let the kitchen know! Bring a sticky note with the order and add it to their line of chits.

Supply fees are also added onto appointments this way.

Be sure to add the item "IV Supply Fee" at the time of every IV, "IM Supply Fee" at the time of every injection and "PAP Supply Fee" at the time of every PAP test!

(Note: Poly-MVA IVs have their own supply fee "Poly MVA Supply Fee" as this is a costly ingredient for the clinic to bring in)
